Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Size exchanges are welcome — contact us first to confirm availability before sending items back.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
Non-returnable items include any hygiene-related products once opened.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We ship from Hong Kong via SF Express (domestic) and Hong Kong Post Airmail (international). Shipping times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
For pre-order items, estimated dispatch is communicated at the time of purchase.

Pre-order Policy
We’re a small startup, and every pre-order means the world to us — thank you for believing in us from the start.
Pre-orders require a minimum number of orders before production begins. If that threshold isn’t reached, you are entitled to a full refund. If only part of your order can be fulfilled, you may request a full or partial refund for the unfulfilled items. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be communicated via email.
Free shipping applies to your pre-order, even if the final fulfilled amount falls below our usual free shipping threshold.
Once fulfilled, orders cannot be cancelled, but we’re happy to assist with returns. Please refer to our returns policy for details.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal data only to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
