💌 A Quick Safety Note for Mama

Safe Night Feeds: Nighttime feeds are exhausting, and dozing off happens! If you feel sleepy, move off the couch or armchair and nurse on a firm mattress aligned with the Safe Sleep 7:

1.  Sober & Non-Smoking Parent: Free from alcohol, drugs, or sedating medication.
2.  Breastfeeding / Nursing: Mother feeds baby directly at the chest.
3.  Healthy & Full-Term Baby: Born at full gestational age without underlying respiratory issues.
4.  Back to Sleep: Baby is always placed on their back to sleep.
5.  Lightly Dressed & Unswaddled: Arms and legs free to move and prevent overheating.
